“You are right, you shouldn’t have come here…” the light behind his eyes suddenly faded to darkness as she continued to observe him, noting how his soft demeanor had been exchanged for its complete opposition to distant and melancholic.
“Why?” She questioned, reveling in the fact she seemed to get under his skin.
